Stessa spiaggia, stesso mare. Anche l'anno scorso, quando c'ero anche io, l'avventura serifiota è iniziata sulla spiaggia Plati Gialos (se non vi ricordate la sua descrizione, cliccate QUI). Ciò che l'anno scorso vi avevo solo accennato è che la spiaggia è servita da un'ottima taverna. Ecco di cosa vi parlerò oggi: del ristorante sulla spiaggia Νικουλιας, provato sia di giorno che la sera!

E dulcis in fundo: i piatti! Nulla è più tipico, a Serifos delle acciughe, dell'insalata greca (con gli strepitosi capperi dell'isola - vi assicuro che non ne avete mai mangiati così!) e dei piatti a base di verdura. Ecco che qui da Νικουλιας, li troviamo tutti e tutti a un ottimo livello.
And last but not least: the dishes! Nothing is more typical in Serifos anchovies, Greek salad (with the frightful capers from the island - I assure you that you've never eaten it so good!) and dishes based on vegetables. Here at Νικουλιας, we find them all and all at a great level.

Questa è una variante dell'insalata greca che, al posto della feta (formaggio tipico greco), prevede la misidra, un formaggio forse meno noto, ma che oserei definire ancora più buono! Provare per credere!
This is a variant Greek salad that, instead of feta cheese (typical greek), it provides the misidra, a cheese perhaps less well known, but what I find even better! Try it!

Ed ecco il pezzo forte del ristorante: i pomodori ripieni. Quando
c'ero stata io, nessuno li aveva ordinati, ma quest'anno la loro fama
li precede. Decantati da tutti, devono essere stati una vera favola.
And here is the highlight of the restaurant: stuffed tomatoes. When I have been there, last year, no one had ordered it, but this year their reputation precedes them. They are praised by all members of my family, so they must have been fabulous!

Beh e poi, si vuol forse non mangiare pesce, al mare? :) ! Questo, nella fattispecie, è uno sgombro. Voi amate il pesce o preferite la carne?
