 Η Βέρα Καρπούζη-Κοτσίκου είναι αυτοδίδακτη ζωγράφος. Έχει πάρει μαθήματα μικρογλυπτικής και βενετσιάνικης μάσκας από τον κο. Μάριο Ποντικάκη. Ζωγραφίζει κυρίως θέματα από την φύση και εμπνέεται από το γαλάζιο του ουρανού, το βαθύ μπλε της θάλασσας και την αντανάκλαση του ήλιου στο λευκό των νησιών μας.

 Έχει κάνει 7 ατομικές εκθέσεις στην Ελλάδα, καθώς και 2 εκθέσεις μάσκας στο εξωτερικό, στην Όπερα το Κάιρου και στο Ελληνικό Ίδρυμα Πολιτισμού στην Αλεξάνδρεια της Αιγύπτου. Στην Σέριφο παρουσιάζει 12 μικρών διαστάσεων έργα της σε ακρυλικά χρώματα που θέλουν να δώσουν την αίσθηση παιχνιδιού και την ανάμνηση από καλοκαιρινές διακοπές. 

Vera Karpouzi-Kotsikou "Little Cyclades"- (painting exhibition) Vera Karpouzi-Kotsikou is essentially a self taught painter. She has been instructed in the art of micro sculpture and the Venetian mask by Mr. Marios Pontikakis. She draws inspiration from natural elements; the deep blue of the sea, the endless line of the horizon, sunlight reflecting on the white walls of our islands. 

She has had seven personal exhibitions in Greece and two abroad, specifically at the National Opera House in Cairo and the Hellenic Foundation for Culture in Alexandria, Egypt. Her exhibition in Serifos includes twelve small sized works created with acrylic paints in an effort to capture the playful memories of summer holidays.
